{"id":58,"date":"2016-05-08T12:35:20","date_gmt":"2016-05-08T12:35:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.krity.net\/KritysKitchen\/?p=58"},"modified":"2018-03-31T01:46:28","modified_gmt":"2018-03-31T01:46:28","slug":"stuffed-veggie-cheese-omelet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.krity.net\/KritysKitchen\/recipe\/stuffed-veggie-cheese-omelet\/","title":{"rendered":"Stuffed Veggie Cheese Omelet"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>From Krity&#8217;s Kitchen &#8211;<\/h3>\n<h4>Stuffed Veggie Cheese Omelet:<\/h4>\n<h5>Ingredients (Serves 2):<\/h5>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><br \/>\nEggs, 4 nos.<br \/>\nOlive oil, 1tbsp.<br \/>\nMustard seed, \u00bd tsp.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\"> Onion , 1 cup finely chopped <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\"> Carrots, 1 cup Julian cut<br \/>\nCabbage, 2 cup, Julian cut<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\"> Green Chili, finely chopped, amount would depend on how spicy you want it.<br \/>\nCumin powder, 1 tsp.<br \/>\nPepper powder, \u00bc tsp.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\"> Chili powder, \u00bd tsp. (optional)<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\nCheese, \u00bc cup<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<h5>Procedure:<\/h5>\n<p>Step 1 :<br \/>\nMake the filling and keep aside. To do so, Heat Olive oil in pan. When the oil is hot and add Mustard seeds and wait for it to splutter.<\/p>\n<p>Step 2:<br \/>\nAdd some of the chopped chili, add onion n saut\u00e9 for 1min.<br \/>\nStep 3:<br \/>\nAdd cabbage and saut\u00e9 for 1 min on high flame. Add carrots and saut\u00e9 for 1min. Add chili powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, salt to taste (should be on the lesser side) and saut\u00e9 for another min or 2 while stirring. Add the rest of the chili, mix and remove from pan.<br \/>\nStep 4:<br \/>\nNow it\u2019s time to make the omelet. For that, break 2 eggs in a bowl and beat it with the fork or an egg-beater till it becomes frothy.<br \/>\nAdd salt (should be less than usual) and mix well again.<br \/>\nStep 5:<br \/>\nHeat olive oil in a pan. Put the mixture into the pan and spread it uniformly.<br \/>\nStep 6:<br \/>\nFry one side until light brown and flip.<br \/>\nStep 7:<br \/>\nPlace half of the saut\u00e9ed veggie mixture and 2 tbsp. cheese and fold the omelet.<br \/>\nStep 8:<br \/>\nRemove from pan once the omelet is golden brown.<br \/>\nRepeat steps 4 to 8 for the 2nd omelet.<\/p>\n<p>You can serve the Stuffed veggie cheese omelet with bread or buns.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>From Krity&#8217;s Kitchen &#8211; Stuffed Veggie Cheese Omelet: Ingredients (Serves 2): Eggs, 4 nos.
